Gluten Free Breakfast Bars

I wanted something easy, quick, and that my daughter would want to eat for breakfast or for a snack!

These peanut butter bars are just the trick!

You will need:

3 cups Gluten Free Oats

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup peanut butter

Mix ingredients. Then pat into an 8×8 pan.

Put in fridge to set. Cut into bars and serve.

Easy and the best part is everyone in the family will enjoy!
